Yes, EZDZSend allows you to issue refunds directly from the app—even after a code has been delivered.
To process a refund:
- Navigate to Transactions section in your EZDZSend dashboard.
- Locate the specific order you want to refund.
- Click the Actions (⋮) button next to the order.
- Select “Refund” from the dropdown menu.
- You will be given the option to process a full or partial refund based on your preference.
Once submitted, the refund will be processed through the connected stores (e.g. PayPal, WooCommerce or Shopify).
